Fire Science and Sports Medicine Emphasis at Bonanza High School

Bonanza High School offers 3 courses in Fire Science where students learn the principle of fire protection, chemistry and prevention techniques with an emphasis on the use of fire equipment. Students also learn the start and spread of wildfires and the procedures to respond to emergency incidents.

If there are more qualified applicants than there are available seats, a computerized lottery will be used to select students.
